Our factory equiped with a lot of modern machines like automatic wax filling machine, automatic foam wax machine, automatic labelling machine and so on, rely on those machines, we can produce 100k candles a day. We also have professional QC team, each candle are being produced under supervision.
Yes, we have rich experience on that, we do more than 15 factory audits every year according to different standard. Currently, we are holding reports like BSCI, SEMETA, ISO90001, WCA, C-TPAT, SCS, COC and many other reports based on retailers requirement.
Trial order is absolutely acceptable, but it needs to meet our minimum order amount $6000, If you are not able to hit that, a small order operation charge $300 will be occured.
Yes, we are setting up a factory in Vietnam, it will be ready for production in 2021. Same as the factory in Shanghai, the factory will be a modern factory.
No, our citronella candles were designed for outdoor use only. We do not recommend using our citronella candles indoors, please burn them outdoors only as intended. If you purchased on of our lanterns that comes with a citronella candle, you can replace it with a regular indoor candle if you wish to use your lantern indoors.
